Should you have any questions with the products you purchased, please contact our sale representatives by phone, email, or online forms.

If the products you purchased have any manufacture defects, it might be exchanged with a new or repaired item under the coverage of warranty.   For all other exchange requests, please contact our sales representatives.

For all products refunded, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on the original purhcase amount.  We strongly encourage customers to talk to our representatives before refund any items.
